Technical Roles

1. Role Summary - Backend Developer Lead

Build and maintain the backend logic, APIs, and integration layers for the DBMS platform. Ensure scalable, secure, and modular architecture for site rollout, design assurance, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities -

- Develop RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask)

- Implement business logic for site rollout, design validation, and maintenance tracking

- Integrate with external systems (CAD tools, telemetry feeds, etc.)

- Collaborate on Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines

- Ensure secure data handling and role-based access control

Key Requirements -

- 3+ years of experience in Python backend development

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT)

- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools

- Hands-On with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

- Bonus: Experience in Telecom vertical, working in hybrid environment, working with FastAPI, async programming, or AI/ML integration, working on AI/Data/Cloud projects in telecom

2. Role Summary - Database Architect

Design and implement the relational database schema for multi-site operations, design assurance, and user access control. Ensure data integrity, scalability, and analytics readiness.

Key Responsibilities -

- Architect normalized relational schemas for site rollout, design data, and operational logs

- Implement user access control (RBAC) and audit logging

- Optimize indexing, partitioning, and query performance

- Design versioning logic for design iterations and validations

- Prepare the database for future AI analytics integration

Key Requirements -

- 5+ years of experience in relational database design and optimization

- Expertise in PostgreSQL or MySQL, including stored procedures and triggers

- Experience with RBAC, data encryption, and audit trails

- Familiarity with analytics pipelines and data warehousing concepts

- Bonus: Experience with hybrid NoSQL setups or time-series data, experience in telecom vertical, working in hybrid environment, working on AI/Data/Cloud projects in telecom

3. Role Summary - DevOps & Integration Engineer

Set up and manage the development, staging, and production environments. Ensure secure deployment, Git workflows, and integration with external services.

Key Responsibilities -

- Configure CI/CD pipelines for backend and database updates

- Manage Docker containers, cloud deployment, and environment variables

- Implement Git workflows for collaborative development

- Set up monitoring, logging, and backup systems

- Ensure security protocols for data access and API endpoints

Key Requirements -

- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or system integration

- Proficiency with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Familiarity with API security, SSL, and firewall configurations

- Bonus: Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible), Experience with Telecom Vertical, working in hybrid environment, working on AI/Data/Cloud projects in telecom
