Refund Policy

 

At [ karamchaari.ai ], we are committed to delivering the highest quality training, consulting, and testing services. We understand that situations can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our refund process.

1. Training Services (Online Courses, Workshops & Webinars)

  • Self-Paced Courses:
    Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed. No refunds will be issued after this period.

  • Live Workshops / Webinars:
    You may request a refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the session. No refunds are available for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

  • If We Cancel or Reschedule:
    In the rare event that we cancel or reschedule a session, you will be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling, based on your preference.

2. Consulting Services

  • Hourly or Session-Based Consulting:
    Once a consulting session has been completed, it is non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 2 business days, and we will review the matter case-by-case.

  • Project-Based / Retainer Consulting:
    For prepaid engagements, a partial refund may be granted for unused hours if the cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the start date. A 10% administrative fee may apply.

3. Testing Services 

  • Online / Digital Testing:
    Once test credentials or access links have been issued, no refunds are allowed.

4. General Terms

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to [support@karamchaari.ai] with the original order details.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed after 15 business days to the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with the policy or in cases of service abuse or misuse.
